hi friends, recently CTS conducted off-campus in MLR college, Hyderabad.

Total No. of Round is 4

• Written exam.
• Just a minute round- they shall give us a topic and we need to talk on it for 1 minute.
• Technical round.
• HR

Be cool and confident. u need to say at least 5-6 sentences about the given topic in JAM round. next in technical, u need to be thorough with your project and fundamentals of C, any database and the language on which u did your project i.e. java/.net whatever it may be. once if u clear technical u can be cool. next comes HR round. prepare well with the contents of your resume, company profile,etc.

for me they asked :

•  About my participation in cultural activities since childhood.
• What do I know about the company?
•  What do you mean by hard work ?
•  Strengths.
•  Reason for them choosing Maths in Inter?
•  Are you ready to relocate or not?

I completed all the rounds successfully and waiting for the results. so I suggest all of u to be confident throughout the interview process's may not have excellent communication skills but u need to maintain your confidence levels and good knowledge in technical fundamentals. its enough. u can easily crack the CTS interview.
