Latest Convergys Fresher Job Interview Paper Pattern 21, December 2010

Type: Fresher, Job Interview.

Hi friends.
I attended written exam for Convergys at Meridian school, Madhapur.

Written exam

It consists for 4 sections for 75Marks.
1. Analytical(20)
2. Programming Ability(20)
3. Algorithms(20) and
4.English(15).
The toughest section among these four is Analytical. It is very difficult. And English is very compared to remaining companies. Algorithms section is also easy but have to pay attention properly otherwise the time will be lost. The cut-off is 35 around. No section wise cut-off. 

Technical Interview

We had technical interview by the following day at 1:30pm. In technical interview, they asked my area of comfortable. I told Oracle. They asked me on oracle. And they asked also some technical question.
Example: there are two trees. Two trees have some no. of birds. I one bird from first tree jumped to 2nd tree then both the trees will have same number. If one bird from 2nd tree jump to 1st tree then no. in 2nd tree is double to 2nd tree. I need to generate a formula for that. And they asked basic question of HR like interests and personals. 
The results of Tech interview announced at 5:30pm. I could clear that round. 15 out of 75 cleared this round. And announced next round is HR now.

HR Interview

In HR they asked very frequent question like :
1. Tell me about yourself.
2. What is your father.
3. Strengths and weaknesses.
4. What is the situation motivated in your life.
5. Why should I hire you.
6. Tell me about your family.
7. What is the most sad incident in your life.
Their main goal is to check your English communication skills. I couldn’t manage this HR round properly. So I couldn’t clear this round. 11 out of 15 cleared this round. If this round is cleared the next round is Panel round. That is the final round
