ABOUT GFIC – SSC Team
Global Financial Information Center (GFIC) plays a key role in streamlining Oracle’s financial and accounting operations around the world. SHARED SERVICES CENTER (SSC) – a group within GFIC, provides transaction–processing services covering Revenue Accounting and Customer Operations. This team supports Oracle’s internal operations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Timely and accurate day-to-day transaction / translation processing activities involving usage of any of the Foreign languages like Italian, German, French, Chinese,
• Arabia, Greek, Dutch, Spanish etc.
• Translation or transaction processing to Foreign Language or from Foreign Language to English.
• Taking part in projects, language learning circles and language training.
• Handling language translations/interpretations as and when required.
• Taking part in and driving quality and efficiency projects
• Reporting, analyzing, reviewing metrics to find out root cause and corrective action plan and execution of the same.
• Keen focus on language accuracy and enhancement of language skills of the team.

Language Analyst

Job Location : Bangalore

Experience Range : 0 to 3 yrs experience in ANY foreign language translation / transaction process.
Fresh Graduates with Zero experience but good in any of the foreign languages can also apply to this opportunity.
Academics : Any Full Time Bachelors Degree is a MUST

Requisites :

• Excellent communication skills in English – both oral & written.
• Good in Reading, Writing and Speaking any of the Foreign Languages (Japanese, Chinese, Spanish, German, Korean, French, Italian, Russian, Turkish,
• Portuguese, Polish, Swedish, Thai, Dutch, Greek, Romanian, Arabic etc.)
• MUST be flexible to work in NIGHT shifts..
• MUST sign a service agreement with Oracle for a period of 18 months.
