- Graduation from a recognized university, Minimum 1 year diploma in
computer applications from a reputed institute or equivalent work experience
- 0 to 4 years of experience in software development/application support

- Fluent in English; Spanish and/or French fluency is a plus.

Job Description

- To deliver the technical process and to ensure that products and

- Take customer calls/issues and handle in accordance with stated

- Ensure customer issues are being addressed in a timely manner to meet or
exceed client expectations.
- Review all open cases over the support team’s open issue threshold to
ensure they continue to quickly bring to resolution or escalation.
- Instruct other support resources in performing complex tests to
duplicate issues or uncover additional trouble shooting information.
- Perform case reviews of issues being worked by the support team and
transfer technical knowledge related to case resolution.
- Contribute and ensure the team contributes to the Technical Support
Knowledgebase.
- Keeps the Manager of Customer Services informed of key customer and
product related concerns.
